Curia, a global CDMO, seeks a proactive VP Sales Assistant in Rozzano (Italy) to support the Sales Vice President in an international setting. You will manage calendars, travel, and critical communications, acting as a trusted partner to senior leadership.

In this role you will aid Business Development and Sales teams, coordinate documents and reports, and ensure timely follow-ups and cross-functional coordination in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• Proven experience in executive assistance or similar roles.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
• Professional proficiency in English (minimum B2); knowledge of an additional European language is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international environment.

Mansioni

• Manage calendars, priorities, and scheduling for the VP.
• Organize international and domestic travel, logistics, and documentation.
• Prepare, proofread, and coordinate documents, presentations, and sensitive communications.
• Ensure follow-up on actions, deadlines, and internal workflows.
• Act as the point of contact between the VP and internal/external stakeholders.
• Support the Business Development and Sales teams in their activities and projects.
• Coordinate collection of information and submission of mandatory reports (ISTAT) with relevant stakeholders.
