Job summary

Bezahl, a Cologne-based FinTech scaleup, seeks a Customer Success Manager for Italy to anchor strategic stakeholder relationships and oversee end-to-end project delivery of our payment platform across major Italian car dealership groups. You will navigate C-level expectations, drive complex implementations, and ensure adoption through training leadership.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in digital project management, strong Italian with business English, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of digital multi-project management and complex software implementations.
• Executive presence to manage and negotiate with C-level stakeholders
• Experience in FinTech, digital payment solutions, or automotive SaaS preferred

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary high-level liaison for our Italian customer portfolio
• Drive end-to-end implementation of our payment process platform from kickoff to rollout
• Identify onboarding bottlenecks and resolve cross-functionally with rigorous tracking
• Lead training sessions remotely and on-site to ensure product adoption by operations teams
• Upgrade existing clients to advanced features by demonstrating long-term value
• Translate customer feedback into actionable requirements for product and engineering teams
