Job summary

Aufinity is seeking a Customer Success Manager for Italy to anchor our expansion with senior stakeholder management and end-to-end project delivery. You will guide complex client landscapes, align C-level expectations, and drive the rollout of our payment platform across major Italian car dealership groups.

You will lead onboarding, training, and adoption, while identifying opportunities to expand usage and value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of digital multi-project management in software implementations.
• Executive presence to manage C-level stakeholders, even in tense situations.
• Strong background in FinTech, digital payments, or automotive SaaS.
• Structured workflow, able to run multiple enterprise projects simultaneously.
• Native or bilingual Italian with business-fluent English and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with C-level stakeholders in the Italian portfolio.
• Lead end-to-end implementation of the payment platform across dealers.
• Identify onboarding bottlenecks and coordinate cross-functional fixes.
• Deliver training sessions remotely and on-site for adoption.
• Drive upsell by expanding features with value storytelling.
• Translate customer feedback into actionable product requirements.
