Job summary

Aufinity is seeking a Customer Success Manager for Italy to act as the strategic anchor for expansion, handling senior stakeholder management and end-to-end project delivery for the Italian car dealership sector. You will lead multi-project initiatives, align executives, and ensure successful rollout of our digital payment platform across major groups.

The role requires 5+ years in digital project management, executive presence with C-level stakeholders, and a strong FinTech background.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of digital multi-project management, ideally with complex software implementations.
• Executive presence to confidently manage, navigate, and negotiate at C-level.
• Advanced background in FinTech, digital payment solutions, or automotive SaaS.
• Structured working style to orchestrate multiple enterprise projects under pressure.
• Native or bilingual Italian with business-fluent English and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Stakeholder management: primary liaison for Italian customer portfolio.
• Project management: end-to-end implementation from kickoff to rollout.
• Risk mitigation: identify onboarding bottlenecks and resolve cross-functionally.
• Training leadership: lead education sessions remotely and on-site.
• Account expansion: upgrade clients to advanced feature sets.
• Product alignment: translate customer feedback into actionable requirements.
