Jobgether is seeking a Strategic Customer Success Manager – Italian Speaking based in Europe to manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts across Europe, focusing on Italian-speaking customers, driving onboarding, product adoption, retention and growth.

You will act as a trusted advisor, collaborating with Sales and cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business outcomes and strong ROI from our AI-powered video platform.

Qualificações

• Proven customer-facing experience in Customer Success Management or similar roles.
• Experience managing enterprise accounts with KPIs and growth.
• Strong relationship-building skills and ability to demonstrate value.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts across Europe, focusing on Italian-speaking customers.
• Lead onboarding and implementation to drive product adoption.
• Partner with Sales to deliver a consistent customer experience and identify expansion opportunities.
• Develop relationships with stakeholders at all levels; drive AI-powered video platform adoption and ROI.
• Conduct business reviews, monitor health, retention, and growth, and forecast risks.
