Zusammenfassung

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner, is seeking a Manager, Customer Success Managers based in Italy. You will lead and coach a 4–6 CSM team across EMEA and APAC, guiding renewals, churn reduction, and expansion opportunities in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment.

Work with Sales, Support, and Product to remove barriers, establish reliable forecasts, and improve CS playbooks. This fully remote leadership role includes travel for customer meetings and events and offers location-adjusted compensation.

Qualifikationen

• 5–8 years in Customer Success, with 1–2 years in management.
• Experience in B2B SaaS and managing full customer lifecycle.
• Experience in tech, fraud prevention, or cybersecurity is preferred.
• Proven ability to hit net and gross revenue retention targets.
• Experience across EMEA; multi-time zone teams helpful.
• Familiar with Planhat, Gainsight, Salesforce, Zendesk.

Aufgaben

• Lead and coach a team of 4–6 CSMs across EMEA and APAC.
• Support renewals, churn risk management, and account expansion.
• Interview and onboard new CSMs; drive ramp-up.
• Monitor renewal timelines, product usage, and churn risk.
• Maintain forecasts for renewals and account performance.
• Collaborate with Sales to pursue upsell/cross-sell.
• Improve CS processes, playbooks, and onboarding materials.
• Ensure data accuracy in Salesforce and Planhat.
