Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a German-speaking Customer Success Manager to join an international VIP service team. The role focuses on engaging Bronze VIP users, delivering personalized support, and driving loyalty across Italy with a remote-first setup.

You will advance user satisfaction, retention, and opportunities to upgrade VIP tiers while collaborating with internal teams. Ideal candidates demonstrate strong communication, relationship management, and the ability to meet KPIs in a fast-growing

Qualifications

• Fluency in German, both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for customer conversations by phone and email.
• Strong customer relationship management abilities and the ability to build trust through personalized interactions.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, personalized customer support to Bronze VIP Users.
• Handle requests from the Retention team to support loyalty initiatives.
• Promote platform activities and campaigns to users.
• Conduct interviews with Bronze VIP users to collect feedback and identify improvements.
• Identify opportunities to upgrade Bronze VIP users to higher tiers.
