Job summary

ADVANCE AI, a fast-growing, tech-driven SaaS company in the pharmaceutical services sector, seeks a Customer Success Manager based in Italy who is a native Italian speaker with excellent English. You will own onboarding, adoption, and ongoing success for assigned programs, building strategic relationships across Commercial, Medical, and Operations.

Travel may be required to client sites. You will drive renewals and expansion opportunities while translating customer feedback into actionable

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or a related field preferred.
• Experience in Customer Success or related roles is beneficial.
• Experience or knowledge in pharma, biotech, healthcare, or SaaS is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding, program rollout, training, and ongoing support to ensure successful execution.
• Maintain strong strategic relationships with stakeholders across Commercial, Medical, and Operational teams.
• Monitor engagement, usage, and value delivery to identify risks and opportunities.
• Support renewals, expansion opportunities, and customer reviews with data-driven insights.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to translate customer feedback into product/service improvements.
