The role requires field sales excellence, strong market knowledge of construction equipment, and willingness to travel frequently within Italy. English proficiency is essential for collaboration with HQ and international teams.

Competenze

• 3+ years of sales experience in heavy machinery.
• Strong knowledge of the Italian construction equipment market.
• Proficient in English; able to operate in a multinational environment.

Mansioni

• Drive market development and new client acquisition for earthmoving machinery in the assigned region.
• Formulate and execute annual sales plans to meet targets.
• Maintain and expand key accounts, drive project finalization and orders.
• Collaborate with technical support and delivery teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Manage the end-to-end sales process: bidding, quoting, and contracting.
• Provide regular market updates to HQ and regional management.
