Solis is seeking a Solution Manager to drive growth in Italy's energy storage market. The role collaborates with sales, product, engineering, and customers to design technical energy storage and solar solutions tailored to local needs.

Responsibilities include supporting the sales process, translating requirements into technical configurations, and staying current with Italian standards and market trends. Travel within Italy and occasional international travel may be required.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, Energy Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Fluent Italian and Mandarin Chinese with strong communication skills.
• English communication skills are advantageous for collaboration with international teams.
• Experience in energy storage, solar PV, inverters, power electronics, or renewable energy is preferred.

We are looking for a Solution Manager to support the growth of our energy storage business in Italy. This role will work closely with sales, product, engineering, and customers to develop technical solutions and support business growth in the Italian market.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand customer requirements and develop suitable energy storage and solar solutions.
• Provide technical support throughout the sales process, including solution design, product selection, technical presentations, and customer discussions.
• Work closely with sales and business teams to identify customer needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Communicate with customers, partners, and internal technical teams regarding system architecture, product configuration, and technical requirements.
• Support technical clarification, proposal preparation, bidding activities, and customer presentations.
• Keep up to date with the Italian renewable energy and energy storage market, including relevant technical standards, regulations, and market trends.
• Collect customer feedback and work with product and R&D teams to improve solutions and products.
• Support key projects from technical discussion through project implementation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, Energy Engineering, Automation, or a related technical field.
• Fluent Italian and Mandarin Chinese with strong communication skills in both languages.
• Good English communication skills are preferred, as the role involves collaboration with international teams.
• Experience in energy storage, solar PV, inverters, power electronics, or renewable energy is preferred.
• Strong technical understanding and ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to customers and business teams.
• Strong customer-oriented mindset, communication skills, and problem-solving ability.
• Willingness to travel within Italy and occasionally internationally when required.
