Job summary

Solis is seeking a Solution Manager to drive growth in Italy's energy storage market. The role collaborates with sales, product, engineering, and customers to design technical energy storage and solar solutions tailored to local needs.

Responsibilities include supporting the sales process, translating requirements into technical configurations, and staying current with Italian standards and market trends. Travel within Italy and occasional international travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, Energy Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Fluent Italian and Mandarin Chinese with strong communication skills.
• English communication skills are advantageous for collaboration with international teams.
• Experience in energy storage, solar PV, inverters, power electronics, or renewable energy is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer requirements and develop energy storage and solar solutions.
• Provide technical support throughout the sales process, including solution design and product selection.
• Collaborate with sales, product, engineering, and customers to translate needs into technical solutions.
• Communicate system architecture, product configuration, and technical requirements with customers and internal teams.
• Support procurement, bidding activities, and customer presentations as needed.
• Stay updated on Italian renewable energy and energy storage standards, regulations, and market trends.
• Gather customer feedback and work with product and R&D to improve solutions.
• Support key projects from technical discussion through implementation.
