Job summary

Cleafy is a SaaS security company seeking a Solution Engineer for South Europe to partner with CISOs and security leaders at major banks. You will articulate how Cleafy strengthens cybersecurity defenses, reduces fraud risks, and integrates with security infrastructure.

You will lead technical discovery calls, PoCs, and technology deep dives, collaborating with product specialists, and represent Cleafy at industry events. Fluency in English and Italian is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in pre-sales, sales engineering, customer success, or security consulting focused on enterprise cybersecurity, fraud prevention or digital risk.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Deep understanding of cyber threats, malware, fraud attack chains, and modern security architectures.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise security stacks including SIEM, SOAR, IAM/CIAM, WAF, and network security solutions.
• Ability to articulate security-driven fraud reduction strategies to CISOs and security teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery calls, solution demonstrations, and PoCs demonstrating Cleafy integration with enterprise security infrastructure.
• Collaborate with Product Specialists during Technology Deep Dive meetings.
• Represent Cleafy at industry events and security roundtables with CISOs and fraud leaders.
• Support value proposition tuning across regions with Product and Marketing teams.
• Contribute to RFIs/RFPs and security assessments to drive customer confidence.
