Job summary

Cleafy is seeking an experienced security-focused pre-sales professional to act as a trusted advisor to CISOs at major banks. You will drive technical discovery, PoCs, and live demonstrations, showing how Cleafy integrates with SIEM, SOAR, IAM/CIAM, WAF, and other security tools.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor value propositions and collect market feedback to guide product and marketing efforts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in pre-sales, sales engineering or security consulting in enterprise cybersecurity.
• Experience translating security needs into customer value and ROI.
• Fluency in English and Italian; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery calls with CISOs and security leaders.

In this role, you support Cleafy’s mission to shift left fraud management by acting as a trusted advisor to CISOs and security leaders at major banks. You will drive technical discovery, PoCs, and demonstrations, showing how Cleafy integrates with enterprise security infrastructure. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor value propositions and gather market feedback to guide product and marketing efforts. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role that combines cybersecurity expertise with strategic storytelling to reduce fraud risk.

• Serve as trusted advisor for CISOs and security leaders to address perimeter security and real-time fraud management
• Lead technical discovery calls, solution demos, and PoCs to show Cleafy integration with SIEM, SOAR, IAM/CIAM, WAF, and other security tools
• Collaborate with fraud teams under the CISO to align Cleafy with fraud risk management strategies
• Report market insights and customer feedback to Product and Marketing teams
• Lead Technology Deep Dive meetings with customers in collaboration with Product Specialists
• Represent Cleafy at industry events and expert discussions with security professionals
• Support regional value proposition tuning with Product and Marketing teams
• Contribute to RFI/RFP responses and security assessments to build customer confidence
• Assist in coordinating with Sales and Customer Success to ensure a smooth customer journey
• 3+ years in pre-sales, sales engineering, or security consulting focused on enterprise cybersecurity and fraud prevention
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Solid understanding of cyber threats, malware, and modern security architectures
• Hands-on experience with enterprise security stacks (SIEM, SOAR, IAM/CIAM, WAF, ADC, and network security)
• Ability to articulate security-driven fraud reduction strategies to CISOs and security teams
• Fluency in English and Italian; Spanish a plus
• Strong public-speaking presence at conferences and executive roundtables
• Technical academic background in cybersecurity or related field (plus)
