Join Axpo Solar Italia, a key player in the photovoltaic industry and part of the Axpo Group, to drive the future of solar energy. As a Site Manager, you will oversee the construction and commissioning of photovoltaic plants, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance.

What you will do:
  • Lead, plan, and coordinate all on‑site activities during construction.
  • Ensure compliance with internal HSEQ policies and safety regulations.
  • Act as the primary contact between the company, subcontractors, and third parties.
  • Oversee equipment delivery and verify adherence to local, national, and international regulations.
  • Prepare weekly reports, including construction progress, inventory checklists, and HSEQ updates.
  • Manage commissioning processes and approve contractor and subcontractor work.
  • Conduct conformity checks and ensure tests and trials are completed prior to project acceptance.
  • Organize and participate in on‑site meetings and contribute to process improvements.
  • Report hazards and risks during the construction phase.
What you bring & who you are:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in site management or construction supervision.
  • Excellent communication skills in Italian (fluent); English proficiency is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
  • Willingness to travel extensively and spend 100% of your time on‑site.
  • Valid driving license.
  • Ideally, experience in photovoltaic plant construction or renewable energy projects.
