A luxury fashion brand based in Milan is seeking a Technical Product Development Manager to oversee all phases of women’s footwear product development, from idea to prototype. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in footwear development and a strong ability to translate designs into technical specifications. The role requires excellent organizational and teamwork skills, along with a problem-solving attitude and attention to details. Frequent business trips within Italy are expected.

Competenze

• At least 5 years of technical experience in women’s footwear development.
• Ability to interpret stylistic drawings into technical specifications.
• Experience in material selection and validation.

Mansioni

• Oversee all phases of women’s footwear product development.
• Supervise and coordinate the creation of initial models and samples.
• Liaise with suppliers to resolve technical issues.
