Generali is seeking a Senior Development & Talent Management Professional in Milano to drive strategic talent initiatives and leadership development. You will lead projects from design to implementation and partner with stakeholders to identify needs, monitor KPIs, and evolve talent frameworks.

Ideal candidates hold a Master in HR/PSY/Business/STEM and have 7-8+ years in talent management or related fields, with strong project management and HR analytics capabilities.
