Generali is seeking a Group HR Digital Learning Experience & Solution Manager to own the end-to-end lifecycle of the Group learning digital experience and platform. You will lead the evolution of We Learn, the global platform used across 40+ countries, ensuring scalable operations.
Collaborating with the Group Academy, local learning managers, and external partners, you will drive innovation, embed AI-enabled solutions, and deliver structured learning paths aligned with the Group People
The unit Group HR Digital Processes is responsible for leading the Group Digital Employee Experience roadmap and contributes to shaping target initiatives within Group People Strategy cycles in collaboration with the HR leadership team and Group IT. Within this scope, we are looking for a Group HR Digital Learning Experience & Solution Manager.
The successful candidate will report to the Head of Group HR Digital Processes and will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of the Group learning digital experience and platform. S/he will be mainly accountable for:
We offer employment at the manager level with the relevant salary, in accordance with the CCNL ANIA for non-executive employees and the Generali Group Company Agreement.
Gross annual salary ranging between 57K€ and 70K€. The final offer will be aligned with the candidate’s professional experience, technical and soft skills relevant to the role, and may include an individual variable component.
