Technogym S.p.A. is seeking a Talent Development Manager to design and deliver global training programs, drive the annual performance appraisal, and align talent initiatives with the company strategy.

You will shape content and tools to build competencies, support growth, and sustain leadership pipelines across the organization. The role focuses on developing employees’ skills, knowledge, and careers, collaborating with HR and leaders to create career pathways and international development

Competenze

• Master’s degree; field in philosophy or humanities preferred.
• +10 years’ HR experience.
• Ability to analyze, design, and implement training programs.
• Experience with global training, performance and succession processes.
• Knowledge of coaching and mentoring techniques.
• Excellent communication skills in writing and speaking.
• SAP SuccessFactors LMS experience; Italian and English at C2 level.
• Experience in D2C, digital, or entertainment is a plus.

Mansioni

• Design and implement a comprehensive talent development strategy aligned with organizational goals.
• Conduct needs assessments using surveys, interviews, and performance data to identify skill gaps.
• Develop, deliver, and evaluate engaging training programs and learning initiatives.
• Report to senior leadership on progress and impact of development programs.
• Lead annual performance appraisal rollout and global calibration processes.
• Manage relationships with external training vendors and negotiate contracts.
