Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. in Milan, Italy is seeking a senior pre-sales/solution architecture professional with deep Salesforce Field Service (FSL) expertise to design and position end-to-end field service solutions for large-scale deployments.

You will lead discovery calls, craft architectures, and deliver executive-level demos to c-suite and VP stakeholders, translating business needs into scalable roadmaps and technical strategies.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in enterprise software pre-sales, solution consulting or technical architecture.
• Deep Salesforce Field Service (FSL) expertise including scheduling optimization and asset management configuration.
• Experience designing end-to-end solutions for large-scale deployments and presenting to executives.
• Proven ability to manage due-diligence and risk assessment in complex deals; strong executive presence.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate deep familiarity with scheduling, mobile asset management and integration technologies.
• Understand market landscape, competition and technical architecture to position Salesforce Field Service.
• Provide actionable technical recommendations and drive usage at scale.
• Lead technical design sessions, documenting workflows and architectures aligned with client objectives.
• Develop customer champions and establish technical credibility through discovery calls.
• Present executive-level product demonstrations to C-suite and VP stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into solution architectures and roadmaps leveraging field service assets and mobile capabilities.
• Manage technical due-diligence and risk assessment for complex mobile and scheduling deployments.
