Salesforce is seeking a Pre‑Sales Solution Engineer to join the Informatica Pre‑Sales Solution Engineering team in Milan. You will partner with sales to align technical solutions with customer visions, deliver product demonstrations, and guide architectural recommendations throughout the sales cycle.

You will collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to improve outcomes, and provide technical workshops and qualification insights. Fluency in English and Italian is required.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s in Computer Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of presales/technical sales or consulting experience.
• Basic knowledge of hybrid deployment, data warehousing, DB, BI concepts.
• Strong communication and storytelling for prospect engagements.
• English and Italian language proficiency.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and flexibility in hours.

Mansioni

• Perform discovery, qualification, customer presentations, standard demos, and related customer-facing communication.
• Respond to RFI/RFP documents.
• Manage customer engagements without support for assigned accounts and opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product positioning and outcomes.
• Share best practices and stay current on certifications for areas of responsibility.
• Support executive events and demonstrations at marketing events.
