You will translate customer requirements into scalable Field Service architectures, lead discovery sessions, and deliver executive demonstrations to demonstrate the value of Salesforce Field Service solutions. You will partner with clients to align resource and asset management, scheduling, and mobile capabilities with business outcomes, showcasing deep expertise and strategic domain knowledge

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years in enterprise software pre‑sales, solution consulting, or technical architecture focusing on field service or mobile workforce.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce Field Service (FSL) including scheduling optimization, mobile capabilities, and asset management.
• Proven ability to architect and present end‑to‑end solution designs for complex deployments.
• Experience leading technical discovery sessions and translating requirements into roadmaps.
• Strong executive presence; ability to present to C‑suite and VP‑level stakeholders.
• Familiarity with integration patterns (APIs, middleware, IoT) and competitive positioning.
