Arup in Milan is seeking a seasoned Senior Recruiter to partner with European leaders, shaping talent strategies and end-to-end hiring across the region. You will map talent, lead projects, and ensure a high-quality candidate experience in a fast-paced international environment.

The role requires strong sourcing, stakeholder management, and fluent English, with a focus on continuous process improvement and impactful recruitment metrics.

• Significant experience in full-cycle recruitment.

• Strong direct sourcing and talent mapping capabilities.

As a Senior Recruiter In Arup, You Will

• Partner with business leaders across Europe to understand workforce needs and deliver strategic hiring solutions.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment projects, from role definition and talent mapping through to offer management.
• Develop creative sourcing approaches to attract talent
• Build long-term candidate relationships.
• Use labour market intelligence and recruitment data to guide hiring decisions and shape sourcing strategies.
• Champion an inclusive and positive candidate experience that reflects Arup’s values and culture.
• Drive continuous improvement of recruitment processes, tools and ways of working.
