Altro is seeking a senior Talent Acquisition professional to partner with European leaders, defining hiring needs and delivering strategic recruitment solutions. You will lead end-to-end processes from role definition to offer management, building strong candidate relationships and driving inclusive experiences.

You will leverage labour market intelligence to shape sourcing strategies, drive continuous improvement of processes, and partner with senior stakeholders to deliver meaningful projects

In this role you will partner with European leaders to define hiring needs and deliver strategic recruitment solutions. You will lead end-to-end processes, from role definition to offer management, while building strong candidate relationships and driving inclusive experiences. You'll use labour market intelligence to shape sourcing and continuously improve recruitment practices.
