Job summary

Google is seeking a seasoned Google Cloud Security sales leader to grow our security business in Italy. You will own the territory plan, manage the sales cycle from lead to onboarding, and expand relationships with public sector customers at scale.

You will engage C-level stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast progress, drive adoption of security solutions, and deliver superior customer outcomes across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years of account management experience in enterprise sales.
• 5+ years selling to public sector customers in the Italian market.
• 5+ years of enterprise security sales experience in Italy.
• Fluent in English and Italian for regional client relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory plan to meet quarterly goals.
• Promote Google Cloud security products to new and existing customers.
• Build and drive sales pipelines from lead generation to onboarding.
• Maintain long-term relationships and act as a trusted advisor to accounts.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Engineering, GCP, Customer Success, Channels and Product Engineering for a great customer experience.
• Represent Google Cloud Security in regional forecasts and team meetings; forecast accurately in Salesforce and other tools.
• Lead day-to-day relationships with external stakeholders with empathy and focus on customer success and adoption.
• Partner with internal GCP Sales teams to grow security business and create overall value.
• Advocate for Google products to drive organizational productivity and transformation.
