Product Manager at MotorK

About the Role

As a Product Manager, you will be the product champion for one of our most impactful products – particularly large existing customers, enterprise partners, and key platform integrators. You will balance strategic planning with high‑touch customer engagement, ensuring we deepen relationships, close gaps from legacy implementations, and deliver prioritized value for both customers and internal teams.

You will support and collaborate closely with Sales, helping to align execution against both customer priorities and business outcomes.

Requirements
  • Engage regularly with sales to align on prioritized tasks, clarify customer needs, and help sequence product work that delivers value.
  • Act as a liaison between customer voices and internal teams, ensuring prioritization is clear and high‑impact.
  • Identify and close gaps for previous customers, turning feedback into actionable product enhancements and measurable outcomes.
  • Lead cross‑functional coordination across Product, Support, Sales, and Engineering stakeholders to drive alignment and delivery.
  • Manage product decisions with confidence in conditions of uncertainty.
  • Spend time on product management activities, including roadmap strategy, backlog refinement, prioritization frameworks, and iterative delivery.

  • Skilled at building trusted customer relationships – whether with existing key accounts, support teams, or sales leadership.
  • Comfortable operating in an AI‑first product organization, leveraging data and automation to guide decisions and outcomes.
  • Comfortable operating with ambiguity, making reasoned prioritization decisions that balance customer urgency with business strategy.
  • Excellent communicator – able to translate customer voice into clear product direction without relying on engineering to define priority.
  • Natural collaborator and coordinator across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Exceptional at organizing work, aligning teams, and driving outcomes with clarity and execution discipline.
