Black & White Engineering is based in Milan and seeks an experienced Senior/Principal Electrical Engineer to lead the design of critical electrical infrastructure for hyperscale data centre projects.

You will own complex electrical design challenges, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with clients, consultants and multidisciplinary teams to deliver resilient power systems.

Competenze

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• Significant experience delivering electrical building services design projects.
• Strong knowledge of LV distribution, standby power, UPS and critical electrical systems.
• Experience managing complex projects and leading technical teams.
• Data centre or mission-critical engineering experience is advantageous.
• Excellent communication, commercial awareness and stakeholder management skills.
