Black & White Engineering in Milan is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead the design of high‑profile, data centre building services. You’ll own electrical distribution topologies, UPS strategies, emergency lighting, and mains power planning from concept through to delivery, ensuring robust, compliant, and client‑focused solutions.

As part of a newly established Milan office, you’ll mentor engineers, coordinate multi‑disciplinary design teams, and help define how the business grows in

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering
• Proven experience leading the electrical design of complex building services projects, ideally within the data centre sector
• Strong capability in electrical distribution topology design, emergency lighting systems and UPS solutions
• Experience acting as lead engineer and liaising directly with clients and external design teams
• Ability to manage and coordinate multi‑disciplinary design teams
• Registered Engineer in Italy, with strong knowledge of relevant codes, standards and regulations
