Black & White Engineering, based in Milan, seeks an experienced Senior/Principal Mechanical Engineer to lead design of mechanical building services for hyperscale data centres. You will provide technical leadership from concept to delivery, focusing on cooling, ventilation and thermal management for mission-critical environments.

You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, mentor engineers, and drive innovative engineering while ensuring standards compliance.

Competenze

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• Significant experience delivering mechanical building services design projects.
• Strong understanding of HVAC, chilled water, cooling and ventilation systems.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary design teams and managing stakeholder relationships.
• Data centre or mission-critical project experience is advantageous.
