Black & White Engineering is seeking a Senior/Principal Electrical Engineer based in Milan to lead electrical design for mission-critical data centre projects. You will own complex design challenges, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and mentor junior engineers while engaging with clients and stakeholders.

Competenze

• Degree qualified in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Experience leading complex electrical design projects for critical infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of LV distribution, standby power, UPS and critical electrical systems.

Mansioni

• Lead the design and delivery of electrical building services systems on mission-critical projects.
• Develop and review electrical calculations, specifications and technical reports.
• Coordinate with mechanical, structural and architectural teams for integrated delivery.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to provide technical leadership and guidance.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to engineering standards.
