- Several years of experience in presales or related roles.
- University degree in computer engineering or STEM field.
- Experience with regulated environments such as banking or payments.
- Strong understanding of software architecture and systems thinking.
- Fluent Italian and good command of English.
Responsibilities
- Understand customer needs and translate into solution requirements.
- Collaborate with Sales during presales to qualify opportunities and develop value propositions.
- Assess requirements against product portfolio and identify suitable components.
- Lead solutioning for gaps and potential product evolutions or architectural configurations.
- Design robust, scalable solutions aligned with the company tech ecosystem.
- Collaborate with Product, Delivery, Sales, Legal and Compliance and with senior customer stakeholders.
- Prepare technical-functional documentation, presentations, demos, and responses to RFPs/RFIs.
