Salesforce is seeking a Pre-Sales Solution Engineer to join the Informatica Pre-Sales Solution Engineering team, contributing to growth and aligning Informatica solutions with customers’ vision through technical sales partnerships, demos, and PoCs.

You will collaborate with sales, product management, engineering and marketing to improve products and use-case positioning, delivering workshops and architectural recommendations to customers across regions.

Competenze

• 5+ years of presales/technical sales, industry, or consulting experience.
• Basic technical knowledge of hybrid deployment of software solutions, Data Warehousing, Database, and/or Business Intelligence software concepts and products.
• Experience engaging and creating relationships with influencers, coaches, decision makers, and partners.

Mansioni

• Perform all activities leading up to the delivery of a customer demo including discovery, technical qualification/fit, customer presentations, standard demos, and related customer facing communication
• Respond to Request for Information/Proposal (RFI/RFP) documents
• Manage customer engagements without support for your assigned accounts and opportunities
• Collaborate with the wider Salesforce Data Foundations and Core teams, along with Product Management, Engineering, and Product Marketing functions to continuously improve Informatica’s products, use case positioning and marketing outcomes
• Share best practices, content, and tips and tricks within your primary areas of responsibility
• Stay current on certification of services required for your areas of responsibility
• Partner with the Customer Success team on nurture activities for consumption and adoption support, including technical advisory, workshops, etc.
• Provide customer feedback on product direction
• Support CxO events, presentations and demos at marketing events without support.
