Salesforce in Italy is seeking a MuleSoft Client Solutions Engineer to join our Pre-Sales Solution Engineering team. You will work with MuleSoft Account Executives, applying technical discovery, crafting demos and PoCs, and sizing solutions to align technology with business outcomes.

You will build trusted relationships, deliver architecture workshops, respond to RFIs/RFPs, and partner with Product, Engineering and Marketing to improve MuleSoft solutions.

Competenze

Degree in IT / Business Informatics or equivalent relevant experience.
Experience with EAI, ESB, SOA, API Management, REST, JSON, SOAP, WSDL.
Hands-on Java development experience.
Experience building PoCs and responding to RFIs/RFPs independently.
Languages: Italian and English.

Mansioni

Build trusted relationships with internal and external partners to qualify deals and provide technical guidance.
Conduct technical discovery meetings to document business and technical requirements.
Deliver architecture reframe and participate in workshops and demos.
Respond to RFIs/RFPs and deliver PoCs.
Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering and Marketing to improve MuleSoft products and messaging.
