Job summary

Culligan is seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist to lead and optimize digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn, while aligning with CRM objectives. You will manage tracking via GTM, GA4, Salesforce, and Power BI, support landing page optimization, and collaborate with Brand Managers to improve lead quality and funnel performance.

The role offers a permanent contract in Italy’s Toscana region with ongoing training and a competitive package around €50,000 base plus

Qualifications

4–6+ years of experience in Performance Marketing / PPC / Lead Generation.
Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Salesforce, Power BI, Zapier, GTM and GA4.
Fluent English with ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

Execute and manage lead generation campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn.
Support campaign structure, targeting, and bidding strategies.
Monitor performance against CPL, MQLs, and conversion rate; optimize full funnel.
Collaborate with Brand Managers to align creatives and objectives.
Support landing page optimization and campaign flows to improve lead quality.
Set up and manage tracking via GTM, GA4, and platform pixels.
Ensure data consistency up to Salesforce CRM and manage data flows with Zapier.
Provide regular performance updates and insights to Marketing and Sales teams.
