Job summary

Culligan is seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist to drive lead generation and optimize digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn. You will help define campaign structure, targeting, and bidding strategies while collaborating with Brand Managers to align creatives and objectives.

You will set up and manage tracking with GTM, GA4, and platform pixels, ensure data consistency to Salesforce, and build Power BI reports.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years of experience in Performance Marketing / PPC / Lead Generation.
• Hands-on with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads (mandatory) and Salesforce (mandatory).
• Proficient in Power BI and data tracking with GTM/GA4.
• Strong data interpretation to drive actionable insights.
• Experience with performance KPIs (CPL, MQL, conversion rate).
• Fluent English and ability to collaborate cross‑functionally.

Responsibilities

• Execute and manage lead generation campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn.
• Support the definition and implementation of campaign structure, targeting, and bidding strategies.
• Monitor and optimize performance against KPIs (CPL, MQLs, conversion rate).
• Contribute to full-funnel activities (awareness → consideration → conversion).
• Collaborate with Brand Managers to align creatives and objectives.
• Support optimization of landing pages and campaign flows to improve lead quality.
• Setup and manage tracking via GTM, GA4, and platform pixels.
• Ensure data consistency and end-to-end tracking to Salesforce CRM.
• Manage data flows and automations (Zapier).
• Support cookie and consent management per GDPR.
• Monitor campaign performance daily and identify optimization opportunities.
• Analyze full funnel performance (media → leads → CRM → conversion).
• Build and maintain Power BI reports; provide insights to Brand Managers.
• Contribute to performance reviews with Marketing and Sales; support lead quality analysis with Sales.
