Job summary

Culligan is seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist to drive lead generation campaigns across Google, Meta and LinkedIn from its Piemonte base. You will define structures, targets, and bidding while monitoring CPL, MQLs and conversion rates.

Collaborate with Brand Managers to align creatives and campaign goals and optimize landing pages for lead quality. You will manage tracking via GTM, GA4, and platform pixels, ensure GDPR-compliant data flows to Salesforce, and produce Power BI

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years in Performance Marketing / PPC / Lead Generation.
• Hands-on with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads; Salesforce, Power BI, Zapier, GTM, GA4.
• Fluent English and ability to collaborate across Marketing, Sales and Global teams.

Responsibilities

• Execute and manage lead generation campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn.
• Define campaign structure, targeting, and bidding strategies; monitor KPIs (CPL, MQLs, conversion rate).
• Contribute to full-funnel activities and optimize landing pages and campaign flows.
