Job summary

Culligan is seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist to drive lead generation via Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn, while optimizing campaigns and coordinating with Brand Managers. You will set up tracking, ensure data integrity to Salesforce, and build Power BI reports.

The role requires 4–6+ years in performance marketing, strong analytics, and fluent English, with a permanent contract in a multinational environment offering smart working and welfare benefits.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years in Performance Marketing / PPC / Lead Generation.
• Hands-on with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Salesforce, Power BI, GTM, GA4.
• Strong analytical mindset to translate data into insights.
• Experience with CPL, MQL, conversion rate KPIs.
• Ability to collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Global teams.
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Execute and manage lead generation campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn.
• Define campaign structure, targeting, and bidding strategies.
• Monitor and optimize performance against KPIs (CPL, MQLs, conversion rate).
• Contribute to full-funnel activities (awareness → consideration → conversion).
• Collaborate with Brand Managers on creatives and objectives.
• Support landing page and campaign flow optimization to improve lead quality.
• Set up and manage tracking via GTM, GA4, and platform pixels.
• Ensure data consistency and support end-to-end tracking up to Salesforce.
• Manage data flows and automations (Zapier).
• Create Power BI reports; provide updates to Brand Managers.
• Support governance and global guidelines; share learnings.
