Job summary

Culligan spa is seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist to drive lead generation and optimize digital campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn. The role emphasizes analytics, tracking, and collaboration with Brand, Marketing, and Sales teams to improve funnel performance.

You will manage campaign structures, bidding strategies, and KPIs, while ensuring GDPR-compliant data workflow and reporting through Power BI.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years of experience in Performance Marketing / PPC / Lead Generation.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads.
• Experience with Salesforce, Power BI, and data tracking tools.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights and optimize campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Execute and optimize lead generation campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn.
• Define campaign structure, targeting, and bidding strategies.
• Monitor performance against CPL, MQLs, and conversion rate; report findings.
• Support full-funnel activities and alignment with Brand Managers.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales; optimize landing pages and flows.
• Set up and manage tracking via GTM, GA4, and platform pixels; ensure GDPR compliance.
