Job summary

Culligan is seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist to lead and optimize our multi-channel lead generation campaigns. You will manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, structure campaigns, and drive KPI-focused optimization across the funnel.

You will set up and maintain tracking via GTM/GA4, ensure data integrity to Salesforce, and collaborate with Brand Managers. A data-driven approach with Power BI reporting is essential.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years in Performance Marketing / PPC / Lead Generation.
• Hands-on with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Salesforce, Power BI, Zapier, GTM, GA4.
• Strong analytical mindset; translate data into actions.
• Experience with CPL, MQL, and conversion rate KPIs.
• Understanding of digital funnel and multi-channel leads.
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Execute and optimize lead gen campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn.
• Define campaign structure, targeting, and bidding strategies.
• Monitor KPIs and optimize performance against CPL, MQLs, and conversions.
• Support full-funnel activities from awareness to conversion.
• Collaborate with Brand Managers on creatives and objectives.
• Improve landing pages and campaign flows to lift lead quality.
• Set up tracking via GTM/GA4 and platform pixels; ensure GDPR compliance.
• Manage data flows and automations (Zapier) and report in Power BI.
• Provide updates on performance to Marketing and Sales; support lead quality reviews.
