Cytiva in Italy is seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist to lead complex, multi-country payrolls across EMEA, ensuring accuracy, compliance and stakeholder confidence.

You will validate data, manage tax withholdings and benefits, and drive harmonization of payroll processes while coordinating with systems like ADP, Workday and SAP.

The role offers remote eligibility, a 10% annual bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business is required.
• 5+ years of experience processing complex payroll in a multi-country environment.
• Expertise in end-to-end payroll operations and statutory requirements; strong regulatory knowledge.

• Provide senior-level ownership for complex, high-risk, or multi-country payrolls across EMEA and act as the expert for payroll calculations and regulatory changes.
• Process complex multi-country payrolls with precision and timeliness; ensure compliance and manage off-cycle payments and reports.
• Validate and correct payroll data prior to processing; escalate and resolve discrepancies; propose process improvements and automation opportunities.
