Cytiva in Italy seeks a Senior Payroll Specialist to lead complex multi-country payrolls across the EMEA region, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely processing.

You will maintain payroll records, support system upgrades, and drive harmonization and process improvements while collaborating with stakeholders across functions. Fluency in English and experience with ADP/Workday/SAP are preferred; remote work options are available.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business required.
• 7+ years of related payroll experience in a multi-country environment.
• Deep understanding of end-to-end payroll operations and regulatory requirements.
• Expertise in payroll systems such as ADP, Workday, SAP, or similar.
• Proven problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot payroll issues and implement solutions.
