Cytiva is seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist to lead complex, multi-country payrolls across the EMEA region. You will ensure accuracy, compliance, and risk management while guiding regional payroll strategy and process improvements.

You will collaborate with payroll systems upgrades and support standardized workflows. Remote work is available for eligible candidates; on-site options may apply in Italy.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business or minimum of 7 years of related payroll experience.
• 5+ years of experience processing complex payroll, in a multi-country environment.
• Deep, expert-level understanding of end-to-end payroll operations and statutory requirements and extensive experience managing complex, multi-country payroll environments.
• Expert in payroll systems such as ADP, Workday, SAP, or similar.
• Proven problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot payroll issues and implement solutions.

Mansioni

• Provide senior-level ownership for complex, high-risk, or multi-country payrolls across EMEA and act as the recognized expert for payroll calculations, statutory interpretation, and regulatory changes.
• Process complex multi-country payrolls with precision and timeliness. Ensure compliance with federal, state/provincial, and local payroll regulations.
• Validate and correct payroll data prior to processing. Escalate and resolve payroll discrepancies. Recommend process improvements and automation opportunities.
• Maintain and audit employee payroll records, including tax withholdings, benefits, and direct deposits.
• Collaborate on payroll system upgrades, integrations, and configuration to ensure regional consistency.
