Cytiva in Italy is seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist to lead complex, multi-country payroll operations across EMEA. You will ensure accuracy, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder confidence while guiding harmonization and system enhancements.

The role offers remote work options and a base salary range of €45,950 to €63,350 with a 10% annual bonus, plus a comprehensive benefit package. Candidates with English proficiency and cross-country payroll experience are preferred.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business, or 7+ years payroll experience.
• 5+ years of experience in multi-country payroll.
• Expert understanding of end-to-end payroll operations and statutory requirements.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot payroll issues and implement solutions.

Mansioni

• Own complex, high-risk or multi-country payrolls across EMEA.
• Process multi-country payrolls with compliance and timeliness; manage off-cycle payments and filings.
• Validate data, resolve discrepancies, and drive process improvements.
• Audit payroll records and ensure data accuracy.
• Collaborate on payroll system upgrades and harmonized workflows.
• Support standardized procedures and system enhancements.
