Cytiva seeks a Senior Payroll Specialist to lead complex payroll operations across EMEA from Italy, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance. You will own high-risk, multi-country payrolls and drive harmonization, process improvements, and system enhancements.

The role supports remote work arrangements and reports to the Payroll Manager- EMEA within the Corporate organization. A strong background in end-to-end payroll and excellent English communication are essential for success.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business or minimum of 7 years of related payroll experience.
• Deep, expert-level understanding of end-to-end payroll operations and statutory requirements and extensive experience managing complex, multi-country payroll environments.
• Expert in payroll systems such as ADP, Workday, SAP, or similar.

Mansioni

• Provide senior-level ownership for complex, high-risk, or multi-country payrolls across EMEA.
• Process complex multi-country payrolls with precision and timeliness, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Validate and correct payroll data, escalate discrepancies, and suggest process improvements.
• Maintain and audit employee payroll records, conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy.
• Collaborate on payroll system upgrades, integrations, and standardized workflows across the region.
• Support documentation and implementation of standardized payroll procedures and harmonization milestones.
