Cytiva, posted for Italy with remote work eligibility, seeks a Senior Payroll Specialist to lead complex, multi-country payroll across EMEA. You will ensure regulatory compliance, accuracy, and harmonization across systems and processes.

The role reports to Payroll Manager- EMEA and offers a comprehensive benefits package and 10% incentive pay, with a base salary range of €45,950–€63,350 gross annually.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business or minimum of 7 years of related payroll experience
• 5+ years of experience processing complex payroll, in a multi-country environment.
• Deep, expert-level understanding of end-to-end payroll operations and statutory requirements and extensive experience managing complex, multi-country payroll environments
• Expert in payroll systems such as ADP, Workday, SAP, or similar.
• Proven problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot payroll issues and implement solutions.

Mansioni

• Provide senior-level ownership for complex, high-risk, or multi-country payrolls across EMEA and act as the recognized expert for payroll calculations, statutory interpretation, and regulatory changes
• Process complex multi-country payrolls with precision and timeliness. Ensure compliance with federal, state/provincial, and local payroll regulations.
• Validate and correct payroll data prior to processing. Escalate and resolve payroll discrepancies. Recommend process improvements and automation opportunities.
• Maintain and audit employee payroll records, including tax withholdings, benefits, and direct deposits. Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy.
• Collaborate on payroll system upgrades, integrations, and configuration to ensure regional consistency. Support rollout of standardized payroll workflows across the region.
• Support documentation and implementation of standardized payroll procedures. Provide input on harmonization milestones and system enhancements.
