Cytiva in Italy (Lombardia) is seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist to lead complex, multi-country payrolls across EMEA with accuracy and regulatory compliance.

You will harmonize processes, manage system upgrades, and ensure timely filings while advising on policy interpretation and data integrity. The role reports to the Payroll Manager- EMEA and offers remote flexibility for eligible candidates.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business.
• 7+ years of related payroll experience.
• Deep understanding of end-to-end payroll operations and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with multi-country payroll environments.
• Proficiency with ADP, Workday, SAP, or similar payroll systems.

Mansioni

• Own complex, multi-country payrolls across EMEA with accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Process payroll data, off-cycle payments, and final pay calculations; ensure filings and reports.
• Audit payroll records, resolve discrepancies, and drive process improvements and automation.
