You will drive harmonization, support system upgrades, and maintain payroll records while collaborating with cross-functional teams. The role offers a remote work arrangement and competitive benefits, with a focus on continuous improvement in payroll processes.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business.
• 7+ years of related payroll experience.
• Deep, expert-level understanding of end-to-end payroll operations and regulatory requirements.
• Expert in payroll systems such as ADP, Workday, SAP, or similar.
• Proven problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot payroll issues.

• Own complex, high‑risk payrolls across EMEA and act as the expert for calculations and regulatory changes.
• Process multi-country payrolls with accuracy and timeliness; manage filings and reports.
• Validate and correct payroll data; escalate discrepancies and drive improvements.
• Audit payroll records and ensure data accuracy across jurisdictions.
• Support system upgrades, integrations, and standardized workflows.
