Cytiva in Italy is seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist to lead complex, multi-country payroll operations across EMEA, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and risk management. The role reports to the Payroll Manager-EMEA and supports regional payroll strategy and harmonization.

Responsibilities include processing multi-country payrolls, audits, data integrity, and system upgrades. Remote work is available; base salary ranges €45,950–€63,350 with a 10% bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business or minimum of 7 years related payroll experience.
• 5+ years of experience processing complex payroll in a multi-country environment.
• Deep, expert-level understanding of end-to-end payroll operations and statutory requirements.
• Expert in payroll systems such as ADP, Workday, SAP, or similar.

• Provide senior-level ownership for complex, high-risk, or multi-country payrolls across EMEA.
• Process complex multi-country payrolls with precision and timeliness and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Validate and correct payroll data, escalate discrepancies, and drive automation opportunities.
• Maintain and audit employee payroll records and conduct regular data accuracy audits.
• Collaborate on payroll system upgrades and harmonize regional workflows.
• Support documentation and implementation of standardized payroll procedures.
