Job summary

Salesforce is hiring Forward Deployed Engineers to lead the technical delivery of agentic AI solutions for enterprise customers. You will own architecture decisions, mentor engineers, and set engineering standards for deploying AI at scale, partnering with Deployment Strategists and other builders across the team.

You will design, build, and deploy agentic systems on the Agentforce platform, manage data readiness across SF Data 360, Snowflake, and Databricks, and ensure customer success with

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering and delivery experience.
• Expert in at least one language (Python, JS/TS, Java, or Apex).
• Experience deploying LLMs in production environments.
• Strong data modeling and analytics across platforms like DF360, Snowflake and Databricks.
• Deep Salesforce platform expertise: Agentforce, Apex, LWC, Flows.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end build and deployment of agentic AI solutions for strategic customers.
• Design and ship agentic systems on the Agentforce platform.
• Own the data lifecycle for AI applications across platforms.
• Resolve blockers in data integration, model deployment, orchestration.
• Build and maintain agent performance dashboards and KPI reporting.
• Mentor engineers through code reviews and pair sessions.
