Intesa Sanpaolo is seeking a seasoned remuneration professional to join the Office Incentive Systems in Italy. You will support the Remuneration Committee, help define group policies, and design incentive schemes for the bank.

The role requires 5–10 years in a compensation function within financial services, strong knowledge of banking regulations, and excellent presentation and analytical skills, with potential for flexible working arrangements in a modern corporate setting.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in a compensation role within financial services.
• Fluent English is required.
• Knowledge of banking compensation regulations (Bank of Italy, CRD IV, EBA, IVASS, MiFID, AIFMD, UCITS V).
• Knowledge of short- and long-term incentive systems.
• Strong written presentation skills (Word and PowerPoint).
• Analytical skills (Excel and Access).

Responsabilités

• Support to the Remuneration Committee.
• Definition of the Remuneration Policies at Group and Company levels.
• Design of specific incentive systems at Group and Company levels.
• Support in compliance and audit processes.
