Roche is seeking a Reward Partner to join the People & Culture team at our Italian HQ in Monza. You will consult on advanced compensation topics, design innovative rewards programs, and ensure compliance with global and local guidelines. You will mentor Reward Analysts and drive improvements across global and local projects.

The role requires deep compensation expertise, strong stakeholder skills, and fluency in Italian and English, with a focus on delivering value in a multinational setting.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in compensation with multinational exposure and regulatory awareness.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across diverse teams.
• Growth mindset and customer-centric problem solving in global contexts.
• Advanced analytical thinking and proficiency with Excel and related tools.
• Mandatory fluency in Italian and English, written and spoken.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with business leaders and P&C Partners on compensation topics and solutions.
• Design, implement, manage and communicate rewards programs and policies.
• Monitor compliance with global and local regulations and best practices.
• Provide guidance and training to Reward Analysts within PSS.
• Drive practice enhancements through global and local project squads.
• Govern spine topics, prioritize work, and maintain global alignment.
• Be a member of the PR&R chapter and improve processes.
• Seek process improvements and execute strategic direction.
